Broken Free!Broken Free is inspired by my personal journey. The trauma in my early years shaped a set of feelings that I carried around through life. I wasn't living to my full potential because I never thought or felt that I was good enough. Going through life with all of the anxiety, fear and doubt kept me stuck in avoidance.Playing small was no longer an option. This is my life and I wanted to live it in a way that was more than just mediocre.Healing, forgiving, growing, and letting go has played and will continue to play a huge role in the transformation of my life into what it is today and what is still to come. I've worked hard and continue to work on always letting go. The past is just that. I've broken free from my past and all that has held me hostage. I lived part of my life feeling broken. Now, I am Broken Free!
